401(K) Profit Sharing

Participants may allocate a percentage of non-taxable compensation (100% vested immediately)

Must be age 18 to participate. Employees are eligible to participate on the first payroll of the month following 6 months of employment.

Vesting schedule (20% per year after 2 years of service) applies to the profit sharing account.

Referral Bonus

Refer a person who is hired by the company.

Effective following 90 days of referral employment; all non-exempt full-time employees.

Hunter's Specialties pays a bonus to the person who has made the referral. Specific guidelines apply.

Retention Bonus

Earn a bonus for joining Hunter's Specialties

Effective following six months of employment, all non-exempt full-time and part-time employees
