The lenses that came with my glasses are the wrong color/are not clear. What do I do?
The lenses that are included with the i-KAM XTREME have a protective film on them that must be removed before they are used. To remove it, just peal it off of both sides of the lense.
Can frames be adjusted for a more comfortable fit?
Yes, please visit your local optometrist to have them adjust the i-KAM frames for the most comfortable fit available based on your unique facial dimensions.
My i-KAM XTREME glasses turn on, the lights flash, and they turn off. What is wrong?
When the memory on the glasses is full, the green light flashes and they shut off. Try deleting some videos on the glasses and see if that solves the problem.
I have downloaded my video from the glasses to my PC. In which folder is it located? How do I share my video with other people?
The i-KAM Media Player will import (save) videos to C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\My Videos\i-Kam where you can select and email video (from your hard drive). Note: Most email servers will not accept files greater than 10 MB. A 1-minute video = approximately 45 MB. Use the i-KAM Media Player to view videos, pause the "Hero Shot" and take snap shots (photos) to share with family, friends, co-workers and clients via email. Regarding posting videos to the web, like YouTube, use their tutorial to assist. Make sure you save videos to your hard drive prior to posting.

How do I make a DVD with the videos I take with my i-KAM XTREME that will play in my DVD player?
You can't just add video files and have it to work in a set-top DVD player. You need to author the DVD, with a "DVD authoring program." There is a program called "DVD Flick." It works well, and it is "open source" which means free! If you find the program helpful, consider donating. There is information on how to do this at the bottom of the main program page. http://www.dvdflick.net/
